I work across two B2B products for public procurement and supplier diversity, from the interface to the AI service and the database.
- Built an agentic AI bid-writing workflow on LangGraph and Azure OpenAI with retrieval over a supplier's own evidence, drafting, critique and revision, typed outputs, streamed progress and human approval.
- Worked on retrieval and matching: staged ingestion of public tender data, embedding-based semantic search combined with structured signals, and LLM-generated match explanations.
- Designed guardrails for trustworthy output: evidence allow-lists, claim provenance, explicit missing-input handling and bounded loops.
- Built tool-calling assistants that are scoped on the server to the signed-in organisation.
- Delivered buyer discovery, supplier onboarding, verification workflows, team invitations, collaboration, Stripe billing and lifecycle email.
- Co-led a shared identity migration across both products with role claims, entitlements and row-level security, without breaking live sessions.
